Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Bidrundo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

User Accounts

Account Types

The Platform offers two types of user accounts:

• Job Owner Accounts: For users who post jobs and hire contractors
• Contractor Accounts: For users who bid on jobs and provide services

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information
• Updating your information to keep it accurate and current

Platform Usage

For Job Owners

• You may post jobs with accurate descriptions and requirements
• You are responsible for reviewing contractor bids and selecting contractors
• You must communicate clearly with contractors about job expectations
• Payment terms and conditions are between you and the contractor

For Contractors

• You may submit bids for jobs you are qualified to perform
• You are responsible for accurately representing your skills and experience
• You must fulfill the terms of any job you are hired for
• Your portfolio and profile information must be truthful and accurate

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Use automated systems to access the Platform
• Collect user information without consent
• Circumvent payment obligations or fees
• Post spam, malware, or malicious content

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

Platform Content

The Platform and its content (excluding user content) are owned by Bidrundo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission.

Transactions and Payments

Bidrundo facilitates connections between job owners and contractors. All transaction terms, including payment amounts, schedules, and methods, are agreed upon directly between users. Bidrundo is not a party to these transactions and assumes no liability for:

• Quality of work performed
• Payment disputes
• Contract breaches
• Performance issues

Fees and Pricing

Bidrundo may charge fees for certain platform features or services. Current fees are available on ourpricing page. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We do not verify the credentials, qualifications, or backgrounds of users.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIDRUNDO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bidrundo from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm to other users or the Platform
• Any other reason at our discretion

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Bidrundo is headquartered.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.
